Baoli Technology’s Eco High Temp PU Adhesive (also known as Rubber Tile Binder or 橡胶地垫型胶粘剂) is an environmentally friendly, one-component, high-temperature curing polyurethane adhesive specially developed for the production of high-performance rubber-based flooring products. Synthesized from high-quality polyether polyols and MDI, this solvent-free thermosetting pressing binder delivers excellent bonding strength and durability under heat-pressing processes.
High-Temperature Curing Performance: Designed for hot-pressing processes, it effectively bonds rubber granules, wood, polyurethane elastomers, and other materials into strong, unified structures.
Strong Adhesion & Flexibility: Offers high activity and excellent bonding to various substrates. It adapts well to materials with different thermal expansion coefficients while providing superior cushioning and shock absorption.
