Product Description
1. TS1420 is a kind of solvent-free resin which contains hindered amino group and can react with materials with urethane bond (-NCO).
2. Product Features in
a) Excellent performance in weathering resistance, waterproof, solvent resistance, acid/alkali/salt mist resistance
b) High hardness (up to 2H); Extremely high abrasion resistance ［≤25mg (500r/750g) ］
c) Outstanding self-leveling behavior, the membrane shows high gloss and full color sensation
d) Highly adhesive, it can well adhere to the surfaces of ABS, PC and PE plastic materials which has low surface energy
e) Good miscibility, so it can solve with most hydroxylated acrylic resins.
f) High solid, Low viscosity, so it can be used to produce some very high solid (up to 99%) low viscous painting materials
3. Utility
As a kind of high performance material, polyaspartic resin is highly industrialized and widely used, mainly applied to industrial coating materials, adhesives, waterproofing materials and construction materials.
a) Industrial coating material: engineering mechanics (trucks), containers, ventilator blades, marine corrosion resistance, industrial and commercial flooring coating, etc.
b) Adhesives: sealant, grout, stone glue, film circuit packaging, etc.
c) Waterproof: hydroelectric dam, water park, construction waterproof, etc.
d) Construction material: artificial ice slide, synthetic ice floor, carbon fiber composite material, etc.
