 Development History
2002 Initial stage: Product is Hangzhou Shengtai Trade Co., Ltd. A rubber powder factory was established. Main rubber powder, suitable for waterproof coil products in the construction industry. The initial company team has 8 people, the annual output of 600 tons, production site of about 400 square meters.
 
2004-2011 early stage of development: the company was renamed Hangzhou Baoli Materials Recycling Co., LTD., mainly engaged in waste tires and scraps recycling processing, the main products are rubber granules, rubber powder. The production and operation site has been expanded to 5,000 square meters, the number of employees has increased to 40 people, and the annual output is 12,000 tons, with an output value of about RMB 15 million.
 
2012-2018 Sustainable development period: invested in the construction of its own production site of 35,000 square meters, invested in industry-leading semi-automated production equipment. Expansion of product categories: EPDM granules, one-component Pu binder, two-component Pu binder and color paste materials. The annual output reached 50,000 tons, the annual output value exceeded 500 million yuan, the business scope expanded to the international market, and became the leading rubber product manufacturer in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, the establishment of product research and development department to achieve independent product research and development, the enterprise has entered the stage of sustainable rapid development.
 
2019-2023 Industry expansion period: improve the construction of Baoli brand system standards. Invested in the construction of 100,000 square meters of product production base, the production process to achieve full automation, intelligent, business scope to national, international development, to achieve the annual output value of more than 1 billion to prepare. Increase product research and development efforts, and establish a joint mechanism with industry technology research institutes and well-known schools to cooperate in the development of greener and healthier rubber sports products.
