Uses UV and abrasion resistant base or top coat for resin floor systems or as a stand alone coating over correctly prepared concrete. Used in the food and chemical industry, hospitals, schools, kitchens and other high traffic applications.
•Abrasion resistant
•UV resistant
•Chemical resistant
•Solvent free
•Convenient 1:1 mix ratio (by weight)
•Adjustable working time
Used for waterproofing applications on building roofs and facades; corrosion-resistant applications for sewage pools and water tanks; corrosion-resistant applications for sewage pools and reservoirs; stadium stands and ground surfaces, etc

Solids content: 95% VOC content: 18g / litre (ASTM D3960) Mix ratio: 1:1 by weight Working-life time: 40 minutes (after mixing) @ 20 - 25°C Tack free time: 2 hours @ 25℃ Foot traffic: 24 hours @ 25℃ Recoat time: 2 hours (max) @ 25℃ Cure time (vehicle traffic): 72 hours @ 25℃ Tensile strength: 14 MPa Elongationat break:340% Tear strength N/mm: 40 *Working-life time will be reduced if product is kept in can after mixing.
Once mixed the product should be poured out in ribbons onto the floor and rolled out immediately. *Drying time is temperature, humidity and film thickness dependent.
Thicker films will take longer to through-cure. High humidity will shorten cure time.
⚫Rinse off salt and other water-soluble dirt with water
⚫Remove grease and oil with appropriate cleaners and degreasers
⚫Concrete substrate must be ground and cleaned thoroughly
⚫Pay attention to the coating interval with the primer during construction
⚫Unless water-reduced, the new concrete floors should be at least 28 days old.
